Digital Products, Programs & Services
All products, programs, coaching services, events, and materials offered by Essential Business Behaviors are
non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and services.
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or returns under any circumstances.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed the program details in full
You understand the nature of digital and coaching services
You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan:
You are responsible for the entire purchase price, regardless of participation, completion, or early withdrawal
Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the account is current
Individual Coaching & Group Coaching Programs
For Group and One-On-One Coaching programs (1–12 months):
You commit to the full program fee upon enrollment
Early withdrawal does not relieve payment obligations
No refunds or early terminations are permitted
Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing concerns.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes that violate these Terms may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of access
Loss of program participation
Collection efforts for outstanding balances
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable by law.
Programs may be delivered live or pre-recorded at our discretion
Dates, schedules, facilitators, and formats may change without notice
Program outcomes are not guaranteed
All materials, content, frameworks, tools, processes, videos, recordings, and written materials are copyrighted and proprietary, unless otherwise specified.
You may not:
Record, reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, sublicense, or exploit any materials
Share login credentials or program access
Use materials for commercial or competitive purposes
Violation may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Legal action to protect intellectual property
If you participate in forums, comments, reviews, or community spaces, you agree not to post content that is:
Abusive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory
False or misleading
Promotional or commercial
In violation of any law or third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access at our discretion.
